Especially in the harvest season, fast weighing processes with field, product and storage allocation are crucial for smooth operation of your vehicle scales. Contactless weighing of vehicles with hand-held transmitters or truck license plate recognition (ANPR) significantly reduce the throughput times on your vehicle scales and increase safety for the driver, as the vehicle no longer has to be left for weighing. Each weighing is stored in our system with all the weighing data (including images of the weighing, field, storage location, order number, license plate, etc.) and is available for further processing in the powerful SQL database. This means that you always have an overview of your stocks and can react quickly to the respective market situation.
In the basic version, you can use GSW weighing software to quickly and easily set up a PC-based weighing system with camera monitoring, warehouse management, accounting and numerous report options (reports, weighing lists, CSV export, etc.). Your vehicle scale is connected to a PC, the GSW weighing software is installed and your master data (customers, products, etc.) is imported. Now all weighings including the ALIBI number and images are saved in a powerful SQL database and the weighing tickets can be printed out on your PC.
If your requirements grow over time, the weighing system grows with you. If you would like to automate the logistical processes or allow the scale to be operated outside of your operating hours, you can expand the GSW weighing software with numerous components.
Would you like to have the weighing data of one or more vehicle scales always to hand and view them at any time? Nothing is easier than that. All weighing data is collected centrally in the cloud on the server and can be viewed using the GSW Viewer program or the web browser on your PC, tablet or smartphone. Numerous reports and export options are then available to you to output and analyze the data in the desired form.
